Web Nav - Can we customize web nav without developer license in Navision 2018?

Hi Community,

May I find out in web Nav - Can we customize web nav without developer license in Navision 2018?

Customize in the sense, I want to pull out some journals etc.

    Hi, NAV2018 has Extensin V1 way development, but as far as I know, that also requires a development License.
    The only one that currently does not require a development license is on Business Central SaaS.
