Admin center is missing in dynamics 365

I am unable to access admin center as i dont see Administrator option in sidebar, kindly help. Thanks

As you can see in attached image, there is no option of admin in sidebar.

    Hi,

    here is the url to access it directly: portal.office.com/.../home

    Does it work?

    If it is working open a support ticket to resolve the displaying issue else try with another Global Admin account

    Are you sure that you are the administrator OR you have logged in using administrator credentials ?

    Hi,

    If you are a global admin, you can see the Admin icon in the App launcher. If you are a user, you can’t see it.

    It is the fastest way to check if you are a global admin.

    I am not global administrator, I am user created by global administrator. I am having this issue from the last week before that i could see admin center and also had access to the portal.

    Hi,

    Do you mean that you are Dynamics CRM system administrator, instead of Office 365 administrator?

    If so, you have no access to Admin Center. You may contact your Office 365 Administrator to edit your roles navigating by Office 365 home page-Admin-Active users.

    You could ask him/her to give you customized administrator such as Dynamics 365 service administrator. Then you have access to Dynamics 365 Admin.
