Hello,
We are having issues setting up the Yodlee Bank Feeds service and connecting to our Chase bank account. I am using this guide as a reference: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/bank-how-setup-bank-statement-service
I have changed our bank statement import format to the YODLEEBANKFEED as noted in the aforementioned guide. When I try to link our bank account, I get the following error message:
We attempted to replicate the process in our sandbox environment with no success. I have also used different web browsers, but that does not correct the issue.
Has anyone else experience this problem and discovered a fix?

Thank you for responding. The link you provided did not assist in the issue we are having. All options to attempt to link or create a new account link lead to the same error message.
Is there something else we can try to get this resolved?
