Dear members,

I would like to know how I can change the 'to' and 'cc' and also subject line when sending an email to a vendor directly from business central. Imagine I want to send a purchase order to a vendor.

2 ways without getting customization

1/ print the so and send it via outlook as attachment.

2/use document layout on vendor card, then add multiple contacts to the recipient field. the contact needs to be created before sending it out.
