We have added a custom button for closing opportunities as won. The functionality worked out fine. But the translations was very difficult to get in.
When I tried to use the normal export/import translations through CRM I got into a situation that i never excepted my file if I had made changes to any of the RibbonCustomization's rows. I tried using different admin user accounts, different browser (Firefox froze, while IE and Chrome gave exceptions referring to the first line of customization). I tried using the Xrmtoolbox tool but realized it doesn't even export these texts.
I finally solved by download the solution file (not the translations but the full solution). Go in to the customization.xml file and manually add the lines in it. It seems to be working now.
So the questions
* Can you customize the translations for your custom buttons in command bar? (Version 365)
* Do you see any problems with this workaround?
