Documentation on Dynamics 365 CRM Connection?

Hello

I am looking for detailed documentation on the entities and fields that are linked by using the Dynamics 365/CRM connection in Financials. Have everything I need to connect the 2 but need to see what exactly is connected and what triggers any data movement. Can someone point me to the right location or source?

    This topic explains integration between NAV and CRM. Most of the content there applies to connection between Financials and CRM as well.

    To see what exactly is synched search for CRM Connection Setup in Financials and click on Integration tables to see which tables are included in synchronization.

    Good Question Ken!

    I think it would also be nice to know how we can customize this connection at all (now or in the future).  We have many clients now that want D365 for financials because of CRM, yet some of the things that would seem to already be connected (Items, BOMs, Jobs) are not, and I am not sure how to explain to them that they would have to manually enter all of the same information into D365 for financials (since there is also not a way to currently import much into D365).
