Hi pizaro,

It seems that AX cannot update the status of the inventory transaction due ot some issue. I would suggest checking the following:

- inventory -> transactions (does your qty corresponds to the inventory unit?)

- inventory -> marking (have your marked your sales order line?)

- if you have corresponding purchase line, do you have the correct linkage between purchase order and sales order (Salesline.InventRefType=Purchase order and Salesline.InventRefId = PO number and Salesline.InventRefTransId =PO line.Lot Id; from PO side it should be linkage as well in the corresponding fields)

- Do you have the right data in the InventSum table?

If I were you, I would try to do the following:

1. Recreate the sales order line

2. Recalculate InventSum for specific item

3. Run consistency check in the System administration parameters for the Inventory management

It happens with all items on the PO.

And secondly, since items are serialize, it makes it more difficult to cancel the reservation.

Hello Rustem,

Thank you on your reply.

I have received some items in a PO, but i can not pick them in the system.

So, when i checked, it shows the items are physically reserved.

I want to cancel the reservation, but i get an error (Inventory transactions are not supported for this posting.)

I have a physical count, and i need to close all my open sales orders but, because of this error, i can not do anything on the items.
