My question is how reservations are change purchase lines/Item Led entries & assembly lines for the particular item.

If there any explanation resources are available please share to this thread,

Thank you,

That will just be a caption control which alters depending on the page before and which type of supply line you choose

    Hi Josh,

Thank you for the explanation provided.

However, could you please further elaborate on how system change reservation entries from Purchase order/Item ledger entries & Assembly items as highlighted above. How system automatically change the filter title as highlighted above.

    Thank you.

Works in the same way across the system. A demand (service order in your case) is linked to a form of supply. You can include return orders, production orders and transfer orders to the list you have already identified. All reservations exist in the same table and you create an opposite line so that the total availability of that particular supply is 0.

If you were to locate the supply orders at line level you can see the reservation there too. On item table there is a flowfield to show reservations - it is generally not available to view at page level.

Within the service industry serial tracking is very common. This is the aspect which makes things specific i.e. that exact serialised item is associated to the demand line. This uses the item tracking, which is a different method.
