Error message when logging into the dynamics app on Iphone

We are experiencing a problem we haven't encoutered before and I hope there is an easy fix for it.

When login into Dynamics for phones on my Iphone I recieve an error message saying "Sorry, something went wrong while initializing the app, please try again later or restart the app". However when I try login in on a tablet it works! 

Quite frustrating.

Has anyone experienced this before or know where to start in order to sort it?

    What device is it stalling on, is used to get a similar issue on Android, however I varies with the O.S, version etc?

    Hi Raz,

    It's stalling on the latest IOS 9.3 on an iPhone 6. We're on 2016 on-premise and as stated previously it seems to be working when on a tablet.

    We were looking into if it might be something with the tokens?

    I have also seen this happen when storage on the device is low - especially if it is the first time logging into the app or when being prompted to download customizations.  Often, just closing all other apps on the device will fee up enough space.  a Microsoft tech told me it is recommended that you have at least 1GB of available space on the device.

    I'm assuming you have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and that you also have admin privileges - so please correct me if I am wrong on those 2 points.  have you turned on logging for the app and gotten a log?

    Hi Busybell,

    Correct, tried reinstalling the app and running as admin. Yes we've tried to log the error message however we're coming up short in regards to what to do:

    [ERROR]: Telemetry Reporter: End Point Not Set. Dumping Event Data. | [{"ActivityId":"","EventName":"Authentication_Trace","EventValues":{"Message":"Authentication: Refreshing token"}}]

    I've the same issue , trying to install Dynamics (Ipad IOS 11.2.1) and appears the same error (I'm doing the sign in with the admin account...)
