Hi - We've set up a category called Corporate Customers in our Account entity that represent a roll-up of all the ship-to's for our larger customers. There is a parent/child relationship between Corporate Customers & Accounts where any activities (emails, call reports, etc) on any of the child accounts will roll-up and display in the Corporate Customer activity list. Similarly, any activities on Contacts roll-up and are displayed in the Accounts activity list (whenever the Contact is associated with an Account, obviously). Is there a way for activities on Contacts to display on our Corporate Customer activity lists? I can't seem to get them to show up, I'm assuming because it's a roll-up through another roll-up.
Kind of an odd question. I appreciate any help in advance!
