But the Relationship Analytics tab is not available on my opportunity's Sales Insight form while it could be seen in Leads entity. Could you please help?
Can you help me with following steps are done

I have installed Sales insights but i couldnot see Relationship Analytics tab there
I see Relationship Analytics tab in the form but couldnot find in Opportunity entity.

The Relationship Analytics Tab (Preview ) in the UI is the Relationship Analytics Tab as the preview is enabled hence the Relationship Analytics tab is hidden.
How can i enable Relation Analytics tab then?
Disable the preview option in the Relationship Analytics Admin settings ... goto Sales Insight Settings -> relationship analytics
disable the preview and click Save... you should be good
