I would like to enquire on the error below. I have checked with my consultant, but, they reply that it is not a Navision issue.
I have checked with my IT admin that the email has already been given the permission to Send As.
Kindly advise what is the issue. Thank you.
Issue could rely on the O365 SMTP Setup and now with NAV itself.
If you cannot make it to resolve the problem, you could always any time open a request to Microsoft support through your CSP partner.
