SL 7 Inventory Shipped Not Invoiced

I have a client that has numerous items showing in INTran with quantities in the Shipped Not Invoiced. These are not appearing in the IN Release Batch screen. They are not on hold and are not on shippers that haven't been invoiced. What steps can be used to get these transactions corrected?

Thank you.

    Deb,

Have you tried running the Sales Journal?

    Thanks,

Yes, the sales journal has been run several times with no change in the results.

Do you have any Issue batches with a V (Void) status?

No, none of the batches are void.

Hmmm, whenever I've run into this problem before, it was due to an interrupted sales journal process. I would check to make sure that there aren't any hung (status is S or V) Issue or AR batches related to these products.

You could also try re-running the specific sales journal related to one of these shippers. Get the Sales Journal ID from the Other Information tab in the Shippers screen. Open the Sales Journal report, enter the Sales Journal ID into the field on the Options tab, then click Print (or Print Preview).

Oh... I see what you are referring to now. I do have a batch in issues that has a status of 'V' Void. How can this be corrected?

I have tried re-running the sales journals and same result.

Did you re-run the specific sales journal for the voided issues batch?

You can get the sales journal id by either:

    A. Customizing the Shippers screen to include the SOShipHeader.INBatNbr field.

    B. Running a query against the SL app databse, such as this:

    select ShipRegisterID

    from SOShipHeader

where INBatNbr = 'Batch Number of Voided Issues batch'

Once you have the specific sales journal ID, then follow these steps:

Open the Sales Journal report, enter the Sales Journal ID into the field on the Options tab, then click Print (or Print Preview).

I am having the client review to see if this will resolve the issue. Thank you.

    This resolved the issue.
