Unable to View details, no form exists for table X error when trying to view the source of the alert

Hello all, 

Today I tested my alerts. Now this seems to be working I try to get to the source of the alert. However I do get the following error when I go to the origin and click the activity number: Unable to View details, no form exists for table 'X'. Anybody know what to do? Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    Place a breakpoint in the run method of class EventCUD and generate the required alert to debug/track the source of the alert.
