Error when I use a Shared Mailbox to send email from Business Central D365

We bought license Dynamics Business Central Premium. I tried to setup shared mailbox in Microsoft 365 Admin Center. The following error occurred. Is it necessary to purchase an additional Exchange license? If necessary, what type should it be?

Error executing request. The following error occurred during validation in agent 'Substrate Only Agent': 'Organization "EURPR07A015.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM/Microsoft Exchange Hosted Organizations/a1bgdynamics.onmicrosoft.com" is not licensed for Exchange email functionality. Cmdlet usage is restricted.'
