Best Training Courses in CRM that are available

Hi all,

I was hoping someone could tell me what would be the best and most comprehenisve CRM Training course to do? I work in Dublin, Ireland but training in Ireland/UK/Europe would suit. I have looked into resellers but I cannot determine which offer the best training. I was hoping someone could help narrow this list down for me/ if there was one you would recommend?

Currently I am working with CRM 4.0 but we will be upgrading to the latest version soon. We want to integrate CRM as much as we can and without much training I can see it taking a lot longer to achieve this goal than we would like.

Hi Aoife,

If the MS resellers you're looking at are MS certified training centers, they are required to use the same training materials. So the materials will be the same, although the instructor does make a difference.

Another option is if you are currently working for an organization that has access to CustomerSource (they are current on CRM), you can access the training materials here which should be the same materials used for any class.

Hopefully someone from your area may be able to offer up some local advice as well.
