Does anyone know how to copy a previous line item segment to the next line without rekeying?
For example: 041-540000-5400027
042-540000-5400027
043-540000-5400027
I dont want to rekey the last two segments of each line each line.Is there a copy key?Thanks for your help.

You could create a macro to enter that value each time you enter a new line.
