Hi,

Can anyone advise if/how I can see a note on my purchase order approval entry screen? At the moment I have to look into each document individually to see the notes that have been made and then go back into the approval entry screen to approve/reject. I have managed to get notes to appear on my notifications on my role centre page but ideally I want to see the relevant notes on the approval screen so I can do everything in one place. I realise this may not be possible but want to see if anyone knows how to achieve this.

We can add a field in approval entry to show comments of this approval purchase order

if comment is in purchase order, when send approval, copy comment of purchase order to comment in approval entry
