We are Dynamics 2013 on premise. I have been asked if it's possible to have campaign responses post on the Contact's social pane. From what I have read, it seems I may need a workflow?? The one blog that explained the workflow was written for 2015 and the image links are broken so I cannot figure out how to make it work for my version. Is a workflow what I need and, if so, can you point me to more info on creating one? Thanks.
