Activity feed from Campaign Response to Contact

We are Dynamics 2013 on premise. I have been asked if it's possible to have campaign responses post on the Contact's social pane. From what I have read, it seems I may need a workflow?? The one blog that explained the workflow was written for 2015 and the image links are broken so I cannot figure out how to make it work for my version. Is a workflow what I need and, if so, can you point me to more info on creating one? Thanks.

    This is sort of answered by I still have outstanding questions.

    I found that it displays the Subject from the campaign and the one I was testing with did not have a subject. I still don't understand why it only shows under In Progress activities and not under All. I have tried closing the campaign response but then it disappears altogether from the contact social pane.

    Thank you Mohamed, that worked. But a few questions:

    The post doesn't show up under "All", I have to change it to "In Progress". Is there a way to have it under All?

    Is there a way to get more text in the post?

    Hi there,

    Yes, you can create workflow that looks like this:

    and set the created post properties to look something like this:

    campresp2.png
