You can use an import file formatted like this to import an Opportunity Product to a specific Opportunity

Add one more column in the XML sheet as "Opportunity Topic" and add opportunity and product as shown in below screen and them import the file

Note: It will not work for "Write In" product

    Hope this helps !!!

    Hi Jer,

CRM does not have a view and import to excel ribbon under the Opportunity Product by default, it looks like 'hidden'

But, don't worry, You can download the template to import the Opportunity Product.

Go to Settings --> Data Management --> Template for Data Imports

Then choose the entity: Opportunity Product and download the template

    template4.png

Then it will open a new .XML.

*Please be remember that you can add the field, by add the view to the Opportunity Product form.

Then, you would found that Opportunity field does not exist in the Form, so you need to add one more column: Opportunity

Okay, after that, you can edit the data, you can associate the Product or write in Product and Opportunity as well.

    template5.png

    Save it..

Then during import, you can go to any import link then choose the Opportunity Product as the entity

Just to remember that Unit and Qty is a must to be inserted as data as well during the creation (import)

Or you just go to Settings --> Data Management --> Imports.

Or you just give name Opportunity Product.xml or .csv, exactly same name, it will auto-mapping:

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks.
