ZetaDocs Express file already exists

Hi, I'm having a problem with ZetaDocs Express with uploading a file. On Friday and today it has just randomly started saying 'Failed to upload document to SharePoint. A file with the same name already exists at the target location.' Needless to say there isn't a similarly named file at the target. I have no idea what caused it on Friday, it was working in the morning and not in the afternoon. Today I had uploaded a file and that was fine, then deleted the file and gone to upload another, which is when it then failed. The files had different filenames, but wondered if this could be part of the problem. Thanks Chris

Hi, just wondering where the hotfix is for this issue. Anxious to resume this functionality at several locations.

Hello,

We are aware of this issue which occurs when uploading documents to SharePoint Online (Office 365) using Zetadocs Express, we believe this issue has arisen since an Office 365 update.

We have a hotfix available, if you would like this then please contact me directly (support@equisys.com). Alternatively, we will be publishing a software update on our website within a few days that will include this hotfix - I will post a link here when this is available.
