Hi everyone,
When I open up my batch entry screen in financials, it comes pre-populated with a PMTRX ID. I have checked the batch recovery and there is nothing there. Why might this be?

What I am reading then is that in the Batch creation window, the Batch ID is populated already with the Batch ID of an existing PM Transaction Batch.
Is the PM Batch posted in PM already, or is it open?
Ha, you already told me no updates - dont get to ask twice - lol - that is such a pat question I can not help but want to ask.
Anyway, lets work on this and figure it out.

Number 2. and yes it is showing it in the batch ID window.
This is a different environment than prior, it is GP 2013 and has not been updated in a while.
Followup question
When you say - batch entry - are you refering to (1) Transactions >> Financial >> General or to (2) Transaction >> Financial >> Batches
If (1) then where is the PMTRX ID showing up?
If (2) is the PMTRX ID showing in the Batch ID window?
Sorry for all the questions, but it helps to have more information.
HI, same question as before - what version did you update from? There are new features and options that come with different version of the system. Knowing what version you are running will help.
