1) I have created some forms. and applied custom pattern to it. I have generated CAR. In that I am getting warning for using custom pattern.
What should I do if non of the existing pattern matches my requirement. Should I ignore these warnings or I have to solve before we publish our solution on app source ?
I think that you need to provide a justification for every CAR warning that you can't resolve. And you send these justifications to Microsoft as part of the AppSource certification process. You can ask more details from your Microsoft contact person who is handling the AppSource certification of your solution.

Hi Pratik,
Nikolaos is correct. Microsoft themselves are also using the custom patterns quite a lot. If you want to go for an AppSource curation, you have to provide a small reason to explain why the custom pattern was used. If you are a customer having customizations, you also might ignore it.
