I was called in to look at 4 Computers running XP Home. One is hosting RMS 2005 with a static IP address.
They had Comcast come in and replace a router. Then they had another computer guy come in and get them reconnected to the internet. Now the only POS system that works is the server. The other computers don't even see the server now.
Do I just set the computers up in a Workgroup and point the RMS setup on each machine to the static ip address?

Point workstations to the Server's internal static IP address and be done with it, but the should be in the same Workgroup for other things
