We are getting a business process error when sending emails from CRM when replying to emails. Please see screenshot: There are previous forum postings where this issue has appeared and it is resurfacing in 2023.

Check if there is a running workflow on the email entity?
Is there any step to try to modify the form value after sending the email?

2.Check for custom javascript onSave event in the email form?
--Please disable any custom script of the form and try again.
