Just a heads-up to D365 community forum members - After chrome browser update to 72.0.3626.81, files downloaded from Chrome have single quotes around files like ‘MyAttachment.pdf’. Due to this issue you will not be able open downloaded file. However, after removing quotes manually from the download file you will be able to open them properly.
We are looking at this issue on D365 side to have a proper fix in place but meanwhile as a workaround remove single quotes from downloaded file and then open them or use other browsers like Edge or older version of Google Chrome.
