Hi Experts,
 
Can anyone throw light on the scenario where override charges (in transportation management module) can be used. And also how its impacting ultimately when we bill the customer and vendor.

    If a shipment requires special handling (e.g., fragile items, hazardous materials), an override charge can be applied to cover the additional costs.
    When you bill the customer and vendor, the override charges will be included in the final invoice. This means that the customer will be billed for any additional charges incurred due to special handling, route changes, or other exceptions. Similarly, the vendor will be billed for any discounts or special rates applied.
