Dynamics Portal - Bug of the CSS on Sign In page

Hello, 

I'm trying to make a Dynamics portal. I made modifications on the theme.css file. 
And now the sign in page doesn't load the theme.css

One you log in and log out, the sign in page is OK.

Does it happened to anybody else ? Someone know how to fix it ? 

I just see in "sources" that the URL of my files are not good before logging in. (Left before log in, right, after log out).
