Hi,

I am looking for the sample plugin code that will trigger on create of Contact and  check if there are existing records that have the both First name and last name that matches.

If it matches, stop the new record creation.

Any code references is highly appreciated. I am new to the plugins.

Thanks.

    Hi partner,

Do you mean you want to force stop creating new records?  if not, Dynamics 365 comes with a duplicate check function. When you try to create two accounts with the same information, the system will automatically prompt duplicates.
