    RE: CRM design view

CRM design view is a feature of some customer relationship management (CRM) software that allows businesses to tailor the interface and functionality of the CRM to their specific needs. This can include customizing fields workflows and reports as well as designing new features or integrations. One of my friend suggest me this https://masterbundles.com/graphics/patterns/animals/rabbit/ source to download animals templates. CRM design view can be used to improve user adoption of the CRM by making it more user-friendly or to add new functionality that is not available in the out-of-the-box version of the software.

Section formatting is not working for header which became strange for me as well. Recently, I've asked MS support team about something similar in context obvious settings should be applied. However, the respond was like - I faced with system limitation .I wouldn't wonder if this case is the same.

    Hello,

You can change the position of the label text in section properties. Go to entity form editor, double click the “form section" where you want to change (in your case it seems like header), click the “Formatting” tab, change the “Field Label Position” option.
