Where can I find the default Lead to Opportunity workflow?

we can't change the default process, it create new Opportunity,new contact,new account and map data.you can create new process.

Thanks Ammar, but you are referring to a BPF, I am looking for workflows that would run in the background, like email triggering on a particular day and time or when we qualify a lead, account is created in the background.

Steps:
1- Go to "Customize Solution" Under settings.
2- "Processes" in the left side.
3- Sort the list by "Primary Entity" and choose "Lead"
4- the process : "Lead to Opportunity sales process"

Do you mean to say Lead to Opportunity Business Process Flow ?
If that is the case you could find it in default solution-> expand process
I don't think it is a workflow. If you qualify a lead it becomes a opportunity. it must be done by the Microsoft JavaScript because it is fired from a ribbon button
