Quick Create in Dynamics 365 App for Outlook not working

Hi - I'm trying to use the Quick Create (the plus sign) in the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook and it doesn't seem to do anything.  I hit the plus sign, select a record to create (Task, Phone Call, Email, etc) and nothing happens.  Everything else in the app appears to function.  Am I missing something?

    Hi ,

    Dynamics App for Outlook will store a memory of the Form Design and other ‘metadata’ for CRM – so make sure new Design until Outlook need to be re-synched with Dynamics 365.

    Thank you for your response.  I'm not quite sure I follow.  What do you mean by 'make sure new Design until Outlook need to be re-synched' ?  Is there something I need to enable?
