I have a CRM D365 environment with multiple Apps.the relevance search gives not the same result for every app as shown in the screenshots.
Can someone enlighten me on this issue?

I met the same issue before. What I learned is that you can change the entity access in app designer. From you screenshot, it seems the different apps have the different access to the entity. If you have the same access on the apps, I believe you will see the same results.

It is solved, much thanks for your input.
For more clarification:the default business app Dynamics 365 - Custom includes every entity asset
the custom apps that were created manually, needed to optimize the entity assets manually...
