Problem printing into a Zebra printer (Label printer)

Hello experts,

I was wondering if you can help steer me to the right direction trying to figure out this problem.

We are creating a test server for our Nav and we are in the process of testing the label printing from Receive Line Scanning (an addon/customization from Lanham).  Everything works well until it's time to print the label.  We had added the zebra printer in the Printers.  We had also set Nav to print to this label printer.

Can anyone help shed some light as to why we are not able to print to the label printer.  We are getting a CLSID error.

I looked into this CLSID in our production server whereby the label printing works and it does exist in the production server.  See below snapshot.

I couldn't figure out what was installed.

Ideas on how to resolve this?  Please advise.

Hello All.  I have figured out the problem.  There's a missing printing dll that I needed to install in our test server.
