Standard touch keyboard layout not working with Dynamics AX 2012

I am having an issue getting the standard touch keyboard layout to work when i open the CRM Dynamics AX 2012.

On the windows user interface (cortana, search engine, my computer), it works fine or even on chrome and or internet explorer. As soon as i open Dynamics AX 2012 the keyboard will not work.

Does anyone know what can cause this issue? Need help ASAP please!

Do you need the following shortcuts?

You may need to share more details to let others understand the actual issue.

Meanwhile you can give a try to clear user setting for AX. (just a thought).
