Issue with Dataverse Capacity Limit Showing as Exceeded

Hi All, 

         Today I opened my PPAC and noticed  that  Data verse capacity. In the operational database section, it shows that the limit has been exceeded, and the actual usage is highlighted in red. I’m not sure if this is being billed automatically. or Where can I check to get more details about the billing related to this?

    You are NOT billed automatically, that is mentioned in Microsoft Terms and conditions
     
     
    I would recommend the two steps 
    1) request extension, if this can work for you: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/extend-capacity
    [this may not be helpful as it is for dataverse only and you are out of space on operations, however give it a try to see what it does. I haven't tried myself yet. ]
    2) Do clean-up by identifying the largest tables.
     
    And finally if nothing works, speaks to the Microsoft to buy more space.

    As mentioned by Sohaib, you will not be billed automatically. I think there might be an issue at Microsoft's end. 50MB is incorrect. In case you have valid Dynamics 365 licenses, you will have 180 GB as a minimum (90GB tenant and 5GB per user - 20 minimum). In case you have HR only, then the minimum is different, but for sure higher that 50MB.

    You can raise a ticket for Microsoft Support.

       We currently have the following licenses assigned to our tenant:
    • Dynamics 365 Operations Application Partner Sandbox - IN USE
    • Dynamics 365 Partner Sandbox – Operations Application Tier 2 Add-on - YET TO BE REDEEMED FROM TENANT BENEFITS

    We are planning to move from Cloud -Hosted machine  to UDE. As part of this transition, we expect to deploy multiple UDE environments in PPAC. Our understanding is that each UDE environment requires its own operational database (AXDB), and as the table sizes grow, the operational database size will also increase.

    Our main concern is whether creating multiple UDE sandbox-type environments will have an impact on the operational database capacity with in the tenant , particularly in terms of database  size growth gradually and overall capacity.

    Note :Currently we are using one sandbox environment for internal practice in that tenant
