If Help server is installed/configured in your AX 2012 environment, you could just press F1 and that will show relevant topics for you.
There are some user whitepapers available on the MSDN website, which is a technical resource library for AX:
technet.microsoft.com/.../hh272883.aspx
You may also search on Google (or your preferred search provider) with the combination of the AX keyword in front of the search terms you seek advice for, and that should return a lot of blogs and materials on the specific topic as well.
Also there are a lot of books that you could get through Amazon (has more functional/end user hits), or Safari Books Online (has more technical books) to cover various topics.
