I am getting, an application error occurred on the server when trying to access the requisitions management site.

This error started, when we increased the account format length from XX-XXXX to XX -XXXX. We also ran update scripts on the GL00100 and GL00105 tables to insert and extra zero, where the newly created space was. That is, we updated the account numbers from XX -XXXX to XX0-XXXX.

We did this up updating GL00100 table, ACTNUMBER_! from XX to XX0, and also updated GL00105 table ACTNUMBR_1 from XX to XX0, and updated ACTNUMST from XX -XXXX to XX0-XXXX.

Everything in GP was fine, including equiries, reports, transactions etc, but I has caused an issue with requisition management.

HI Travis,

We never recommend just updating account framework tables. The reason for this is there are stored procedures and many other tables other than the GL00100 and GL00105 that come into play. I would open a support case for this as this is going to require a streaming session and more in-depth troubleshooting then we can provide in the forums.
