Hello All,

If we delete Email Activity from CRM, it does not delete the same email from Outlook automatically.

is it possible in CRM ?

No, CRM and outlook doesn't do a two way sync.

Deleting a tracked email message in Outlook does not delete the email message from Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement.

Deleting an email message in Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement does not delete the tracked message from Outlook.

Having said that, you can always create a webAPI service which delete the email based on subject. This webAPI you can call on delete plugin of email message which will delete the email from outlook based on subject or any other ID.
