How can we export lead entity(main form) from one instance to another ? Can anybody suggest me the process.

Please add the required fields and webresources as per this screenshot from source environment.
e.g. you need to add new_companyname field on lead entity.

Hi,
All these messages means the particular component is not included in your solution and also doesn't exists in your target. For example, if you are moving the form which has a field called "Company Name)" then this field should either be in your solution or should already exists in your target. The other reason for these messages is due to the managed solutions, in your screenshot, it seems you have a managed solution called Kinkedin in your source but you do not have that managed solution in target. You need to have the same managed solution .

The Solution is exported but when importing the solution the following error is throwing.And Import option is not working.

You need to create a solution (Setting >> Solution) and then add the lead entity (just the form). Export this solution and then import it on your target organization.

You can create a Solution and add the lead entity and it's form to it and export it to target environment.
