Close Dex Utilities after macro finishes

Hi all,

I am running a macro in dex utilities from a bat file. I need to close Dex Utilities after macro finishes.

I followed the solution provided here and added the line MenuSelect title File entry Exit at the end of the macro. This line is not getting executed as Dex Utilities displays a message at the completion showing the duration the macro ran for and stops there and Dex Utilities dont close.

Do i need to add anything in the macro to make the message not to appear at the end like setting something OFF.

Hi,

Here is the solution.

The Logging command should be inserted as the first line of a macro when you want any macro-related warnings or messages stored in a file, rather than displayed on the screen. (The message displaying the time a macro took to complete is an example of such a message.)

Syntax

Logging file filename

Parameters

• filename - The name of the file any messages will be stored in. This name can include a generic path.

PS: Even the Logging command is also used in the Keys.ini file.

Example: Logging file ':C:MACLOG.TXT'
