Hi All,

I've recently passed the 4 necessary GP tests to become certified. I was told that upon gaining the certification, I would have access to a 'not for resale' copy of GP 2010 as well as Modifier wtih VBA.

Upon sending in my SPA, I noticed that my VOICE page now has a menu category 'Developer Tools', however when I click on the 'License Key Configurations', I'm taken to a page that does not show any products. In addition, the 'Current Installation' menu item shows only NAV products (which remain from previous work done by our company).

Can anyone share their experience with becoming certified and gaining access to the software? It would be greatly appreciated - I've been going round and round calling many different Microsoft support numbers only to be given a new number to call and talk to someone else who doesn't know.
