In Business Central, once a Sales Invoice has been created, is there a way to auto-post it after a number of days without any human intervention?
That can not be done with out customization.
With power automate it could be done. I wrote a blog about using it for auto emailing and posting a while back: https://joshanglesea.wordpress.com/2020/07/31/business-central-batch-post-and-e-mail/
the pattern mentioned is a little dated as you can skip the http step and use the BC connector with find entries. You could then calculate today’s date with in built power automate and figure out a filter for BC invoices that need posting and loop through each other them

As Josh mentioned, Power Automate is great for this. We're currently doing something similar with purchase invoices after they get approved.
