Posted Sales Invoices -- Document Date and Shipment Date

Hi:

Is it possible to accomplish the following to Posted Sales Invoices, without programming?

(1) Access "Posted Sales Invoices" and make the Document Dates and the Shipment Dates equal and

(2) Make #1 the default for newly posted sales invoices?

    If the order/invoice is created (Document Date) on the same day the shipment and invoice happens, then yes.

    Hi, unfortunately, I think it difficult to do without customization. On Sales & Receivables Setup page, there is only one setting related to posting date.
