Replicate item maintenance (new products & changes) into other companies

Hi All,

Relatively new to Dynamics - but I am looking for a tool the Master Triggers in PSTL, that will replicate inventory items, new items, changes and price changes to other companies within the instance of GP 2015.

I have a head office company, that is purchasing our items, for the branch office network.  The products will be created, maintained and priced in the head office company.  Items are ordered and distributed to the branch network, where they sell on these products again to end customers.  A single maintenance of the products, which can be replicated out to each branch network company, in almost real time, is the required solution.

I have found a comment elsewhere which suggested the Master Triggers would work for items too, but that does not seem to be the case.

Does anyone know if there is a add on to perform this type task?  Or will eConnect or some other GP tool, help with this process?

    Yes the branch office are on separate companies within the one instance of GP.

    We don't have the Customisation Pack yet - which uses the eConnect - which in turn is used on SmartConnect.  Need to look into this.

    Do you know, if there are samples of "intercompany item transfers" within the SmartConnect?

    I assume your other branches are held in separate databases within GP. If this is the case you could use eOne Solutions SmartConnect to transfer. www.eonesolutions.com/.../overview
