AL pages wont appear and it says I dont have the autorisations to execute the page ID

I've created a page in AL that I deployed on my test environnement. The application compile and everything looks fine but when I try to access the page on Business Central, it wont show as an option. 
I've created a permission set for that page and table and It still wont let me even though I try to force the page ID in the url. I'm a bit lost as to why since I've had similar pages working. If someone could help me, I'd really appreciate. I've looked online and seen nothing that really explained it.

    Is this the On-Pre version?
    If so, it may have something to do with the license. Please check the range of assigned IDs in your license.

    Hi gdrenteria,
     
    It doesnt help me much. I did some more testing and I'm able to create new page easily on an existing table but if I link that page to a table i just created it doesnt seems to work. I am working on premiss and I'm starting to think it might be related to my licence or my access when it comes to creating a new table. I'm still unsure if that could be the case.
