AX 2012 - Form Design for Workflow Approval Via Email

Hello there.

I have configured the workflow approval via email feature on Dynamics AX 2012. Once I receive the email I follow the Approve (with comment) link and it redirects me to a page which only contains the next form:

My question here is:

Is there any way I can change the design of this form or the page that contains it?

Thank you for your answer. I have already read the document but so far I have not found any section that indicates where to edit the form.

Could you please tell me what you were referring to by that image?
