User ID does not exist in the User Setup table for Salespers./Purch. Code

Hi,

I'm new in this community. Currently i encountered one issue that unable to solve.

The error occurred when i tried to post a purchase order. Error show "User ID does

not exist in the User Setup table for Salespers./Purch. Code". This is not a new Setup,

i have checked through the approval Setup and User Setup table for Salespers./Purch. Code

seem that all data is correct. Hope that someone can help on this.

    Hey Bran,

    Welcome to Community.

    The Approval Setup should be like (as per your post)- 

    Suppose The User ID who Created the Purchase Order Say U1 and with Salesperson on Purchase order as S1. 

    Then Approval Setup Should be -

    U1     S1    U2 

    Where U2 is the Approver for U1. 

    IF possible can you share the screen shot of the Approval Setup.
