Hi, every time I attempt to setup a trial dynamics ce environment, it throws an error when it verifies my mobile number by text or call. If I select either options, an error is displayed in red to contact Microsoft Support. Anyone got any ideas? I don't currently have any active trials, but I have in the past. Thanks

I had a similar issue before once and I had to use different browser/incognito session to get it working.
I normally use this URL to create trial for my personal needs

And if you are creating trial for work related tests, you can now create trial from Power Admin Center

You could clear the browser cache or use the InPrivate window or change another browser.
Have you signed up for a D365 trial using the same email address before?
Thanks for getting back to me. I've attempted incognito approach, but I still get the same error 'Sorry, we need additional information to verify your identity. Please contact Office 365 Support.'. I have signed tried different email addresses, some of which I haven't used before with Dynamics 365 trials, however I suspect it maybe my mobile number which is this issue, which I have used numerous times for trials in the past.
I have seen several users have reported this problem. Once a phone number is used to register for D365 trial multiple times, then re-registration through this phone number will fail.
In addition to Kokulan's solution (power platform), try this one.
If the previously registered account and password still exist, you could create another D365 trial environment.
Go to https://port.crm.dynamics.com/G/TrialInstances/TrialInstancePicker.aspx, select Create your own trial, click Create New Trial.

please raise a support ticket with MS Office Support,
this needs to be addressed to MS team to unblock your phone number,
Usually this is due to the amount of trials creation using a certain phone or email is exceeded

I don't think it is the phone number. There has to be something else. I just created another phone number and a new email address and it still failed.
Please try to follow steps below. I am able to create a new trial account
