Hi, we're still fairly new to CRM 2015, we have a user that has created some personal charts, I have been enabled to be able to share some of these to others, but not the rest of the charts, I am the system administrator, but the user is now away & I want to be able to share the rest of their charts, can I do this & if so - how?

No you cant. You either have to ask user for his.her credentials then do it or create new

Although, for personal views there are tools available like this: personalvieweditor.codeplex.com

Even as a system Admin, you cant see personal views or charts made by them

Hi Ian,

one way to do it might be to go to the user profile and to use "reassign records" option there - you'll get everything owned by that user assigned to you after that, and that would include personal charts and views.
